Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to perform common SNF procedures and use standard therapeutic equipment, including mobility aids, therapeutic exercise tools, and modality devices preferred.
