Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with alternating hours; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 07:45 AM 03:45 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 10:45 AM 06:45 PM; minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: NY State Physical Therapist (PT) license; over 1 year outpatient experience; minimum 2 years outpatient experience strongly preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of outpatient experience
- Additional Information: Position requires experience working with orthopedic, geriatric, and neuro patient populations. Must be able to provide therapies suited for diverse clinical needs.
