Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as Rehab Director at our beautiful continuum-of-care senior community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year experience as a treating clinician required
