We are seeking a special Physical Therapist! Someone dedicated to providing highly personalized, highest-quality patient care, and possibly someone with the dream of owning their own practice over time.
This small, senior-centric practice offers a rare and rewarding model of care:
- Therapists treat patients from evaluation through discharge
- Private treatment rooms for individualized care
- Osteopathic-based manual physical therapy
- No PTAs or assistants
- No supervision or management structure
- Full therapist autonomy in determining:
- Schedule and hours

Position begins as a freelance opportunity with an immediate need for approximately 24 hours per week, with strong potential to build to 40 hours weekly while developing long-term relationships toward a possible leveraged buyout and future practice ownership opportunity.
