Position Summary  
The Staff Physical Therapist provides evidencebased, patientcentered rehabilitation services to individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments. This role is responsible for delivering highquality clinical care, maintaining compliance with state practice acts and payer documentation standards, and contributing to a collaborative, outcomesdriven clinical environment.

Requirements

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with orthopedic, sports, or neurological rehabilitation preferred
