This full-time role at our rehabilitation facility calls for an individual who is passionate about patient care and possesses a strong background in physical therapy practices. This role offers an excellent salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions through assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
- Implement treatment programs that incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring they align with established protocols.
- Engage in direct patient care, providing purposeful and skilled therapeutic interventions in both facility and, when applicable, at the patient's home.
- Consult with and educate patients and their caregivers regarding treatment processes, home exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to maximize patient outcomes and refine clinical practices.
- Document all patient interactions and progress comprehensively, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient recovery journeys.
- Meet established minimum utilization goals and actively participate in achieving overall business objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will play a pivotal role in the recovery of diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Our facility encourages therapists to develop specialized skills in these areas, providing you the opportunity to treat patients at various stages of their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with a valid state license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in word processing and clinical documentation systems.
- A strong commitment to patient care with a focus on building effective therapeutic relationships.
- A willingness to engage positively with patients, coworkers, and the local community.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience in various physical therapy settings, preferably in rehabilitation facilities.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and treatment modalities related to orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine.
- Demonstrated success in achieving patient recovery milestones in previous roles.
