We are a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice providing Medicare Part B services in patients’ homes throughout Westchester County, NY.

We take pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality care that goes beyond routine or “cookie-cutter” treatment. Every session is individualized and focused on meaningful clinical decision-making, not just going through a standard set of exercises or filling time.

Our goal is to deliver skilled, hands-on outpatient physical therapy in a home setting, with attention to real functional change and patient outcomes.

Clinicians in our practice have the time and autonomy to treat the way they were trained—using sound clinical reasoning, appropriate therapeutic activity, and progression based on patient response.

Company History

With over 15 years of clinical experience in New York and roots as a Marist College graduate, this practice is built on a straightforward philosophy: work hard, care deeply, and don’t cut corners in patient care.

We believe physical therapy should be direct, thoughtful, and patient-centered—not rushed or overly standardized. Clinicians are trusted to do what they were trained to do, without unnecessary micromanagement.
