Most people with osteoporosis, arthritis, or chronic pain get a diagnosis and a pamphlet. Maybe a referral to PT for six visits. Then they're on their own. Groove exists to close that gap.
Groove is a remote, PT-led program that gives older adults with chronic musculoskeletal conditions an ongoing relationship with a clinician who knows them, meets them where they are, and helps them get stronger over time. We're early-stage, small, and building the kind of care most clinicians got into this field to provide.
The Role
We're hiring a California-licensed PT to own a caseload of patients and work with them over weeks and months, not visits. You'll build trust, design programs around their lives, and use new tools to deliver care in a way most PTs haven't experienced yet: AI, daily communications, remote monitoring, telehealth. If you're curious about what's next for the profession, this is a chance to practice at the frontier of high-touch, tech-enabled care.
You'll work alongside our Founding Clinician (Katie Dailey, PT DPT OCS) and collaborate with our physician and technology team, and report directly to the CEO.
