Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current Physical Therapist License for the State of Oregon

- BLS Certification within 2 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ year of patient care experience

- Credentialed or interested in obtaining credentialing in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) 

Skills/Knowledge:

- Clinical skills in physiological assessment, health promotion, and pain management

- Ability to create safe and effective treatment environments

- Respectful bedside manners and ability to motivate patients

- Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively

- Commitment to quality care, legal compliance, and maintaining high energy levels
