Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist who’s ready to grow — both clinically and professionally. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional one-on-one patient care while developing leadership skills through mentorship, training, and growth pathways.
Experience helps, but they’ll mentor the right therapist who leads with humility, puts the team first, and owns outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based approaches
- Deliver quality one-on-one care focused on function, movement, and recovery
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and home programs
- Take ownership of outcomes and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in mentorship and leadership development programs designed to prepare you for future advancement opportunities (Lead Therapist or Clinic Director roles)
- Contribute to clinic growth through positive culture, patient engagement, and professional collaboration

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) in Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Strong communicator and team builder with a patient-first mindset
