Performance Physical Therapy (PPT) has full-time, part-time and per diem positions for a physical therapist (PT) and physical therapist assistant (PTA).

We are currently looking for therapists for all three of our offices, Chelsea, Revere, and Winthrop.

We have 3 positions available:

Staff PT: responsible for patient evaluation and patient care

Staff PTA: responsible for patient care

Lead PT for our Winthrop office. responsible for patient care, in addition responsible for overseeing staff, scheduling, marketing, mentoring: a great opportunity for a more experienced therapist looking to grow professionally and financially

We are always hiring part-time and per diem positions for PT’s and PTA’s.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Devising detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
• Communicating and coordinating with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
• Exercising independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
• Evaluating and reporting on patients’ progress
• Assisting administrative staff with billing and insurance
• Complying with federal and state physical therapy regulations

We have three locations located minutes north of Boston with free parking at each facility.
Our outpatient physical therapy offices see a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses and injuries. As a new graduate or an experienced clinician, working at PPT, you will be challenged with a wide variety of orthopedic patients.

Clinic Locations:

• Chelsea, MA- best location in Chelsea, convenient to the highways, across from MGH and a new shopping plaza, close to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Encore Casino. Many shopping centers and restaurants, many newly built apartments and condominiums with great amenities
• Revere, MA – conveniently located on Broadway, in the same building as MGH, lots of great restaurants  and businesses on this street, quickly developing into one of the more desirable and affordable cities to live near Boston. Home to the oldest public beach in the USA.
• Winthrop MA – considered the hidden jewel of Boston, right on the water, located in Winthrop Center, lots of great restaurants and shopping just outside the door of the clinic, walking beautiful coastal trails at Deer Island, a great place to live and send your kids to school.
